What agents ask first.

Do I get a salary?: No. This is commission only. You earn a percentage of what your schools pay, every term they pay it, while you look after them. There is no retainer and no joining fee.
When do I get paid?: Monthly, by the tenth working day of the following month, once Appsotech Limited has actually collected the school's payment. Below the minimum payout it rolls to the next month.
What is my commission rate?: Banded by how many active paying schools you keep, the way income-tax bands work: more schools, a higher blended rate each month. The earnings page has the exact bands and a calculator that runs them on your own numbers.
Do the schools belong to me?: No. Schools are Appsotech Limited's customers. You are the account manager — the named contact who earns on the account — for as long as you support it well. If you stop, the school is reassigned and the commission goes to whoever takes it over.
What if I sign a school and then get busy?: Tell Appsotech Limited and arrange cover — a planned, notified break keeps your schools. But commission follows whoever is actually supporting the school: hand a school over for good, or just go quiet, and after 45 days it can be reassigned and the earnings go with it.
Can another agent take my school?: Only if you have gone inactive on it, or three separate complaints about your service have been upheld. Not otherwise — and there is a lead-registration step precisely so two agents are not chasing the same school.
Do I handle the school's money?: Never. Appsotech Limited invoices and collects. If a school tries to pay you, you decline and tell Appsotech Limited.
Can I sell all seven products?: Yes, once trained on them. Most agents start with one or two.
Can I build a team?: Yes — apply as a team lead, or ask to become one later. You earn an override on your team's sales, paid on top of theirs.
What does it cost me?: Nothing to join. You cover your own transport, phone and data. Training and the sales materials are free.
Is my area exclusive?: No. Other agents may work the same area. Registering a school before you work it gives you a protected window on that school.
What if I have a dispute about my commission?: There is a defined process — you raise it in writing, Appsotech Limited reviews the ledger with you, and unresolved matters go to a named reviewer who was not involved in the original decision.
