The rhythm
Three schools a week, one report a week, and the schools you already signed.
The programme runs on a weekly cycle. It is not complicated, but it is not optional — the cycle is what the commission is paid for.
The week
- Prospect
- At least three qualified school engagements every week — a real conversation with someone who can decide, at a school that is not already a customer. A phone call that goes nowhere is not one of the three; a booked meeting, a delivered demo, or a follow-up with a decision-maker is.
- Demo
- When a school is interested, you give the guided demo. Appsotech Limited trains you on it and gives you the script and the sandbox.
- Sign
- The school agrees. Appsotech Limited creates their account. You are recorded as the agent who onboarded them — a permanent history record — and assigned as their account manager, which is what the commission follows.
- Onboard
- You walk the school through setup: their classes, their staff, their first data. Target: the school is live within 21 days of signing. The platform does the technical work; you do the hand-holding.
- Support
- You are the school's first contact for questions. Most are quick. Anything you can't answer, you escalate to Appsotech Limited and stay in the loop until it's fixed.
- Report
- One short weekly report, submitted in your agent portal by Monday noon for the week before. It is how Appsotech Limited sees your pipeline, spots schools that need help, and knows you are active.
What counts as a qualified engagement
A documented contact with a decision-maker at a school that is not already an active customer, with the school's name, location, the person you spoke to, the outcome and the next step recorded in your portfolio. At most one of your three each week may be a repeat contact with the same school. Onboarding or support sessions with schools you have already signed are reportable, but they are not among the three new engagements.
The weekly report
It takes ten minutes and it protects you: a filed report is the record that you were active and supporting your schools, which is exactly what the commission depends on.
