Why do this

A real product, uncapped commission, and your own hours.

Most commission sales is selling something forgettable to strangers once. This is selling a system a school will use every day, to people in your own community, and being paid for as long as they use it.

The commission recurs

You are not paid once. A school pays Appsotech Limited every term, and every term it pays, you earn your percentage — for as long as you remain its account manager in good standing. Sign fifteen schools over a year and keep them, and by the end of that year you are earning on all fifteen at once.

Your rate climbs as your portfolio grows

Your first five schools earn 10%, the next ten 15%, everything beyond fifteen 20% — combined into one effective rate each month, the way income-tax bands work. So every school you add is worth a little more than the last, and losing one never cuts the rate on the rest.

Build a team and earn on it

Bring on other agents as a team lead. You earn a small override on everything your team sells — added on top of what they earn, never taken out of it. Appsotech Limited still pays and trains them; you recruit and coach.

Appsotech Limited carries the hard parts

Hosting, updates, security, the payment rail, the escalation desk, the legal relationship with the school. You carry the relationship. That division is the whole point.

Work from where you are

No office, no fixed hours, no territory you must move to. A phone, an internet connection and the ability to get to a school for a meeting is the equipment list.

It is honest about what it asks

Three schools a week. One report a week. Answer your schools. Stay certified. Miss those and the programme is not for you — and that is deliberate, because the agents who do those things are the ones who earn.
