Every agent is trained and certified before they are given a single school. It is free, it is online, and it is the difference between a demo that signs a school and one that loses it.
What you learn
The seven products and which school each is for; how to give the guided demo; how to take a school through setup; how the fees and billing work so you can answer the bursar; how to log engagements and file your report; where the support escalation line is and how to use it; the code of conduct and your data-protection duties.
The certification
A short assessment at the end. Pass it and you are activated and can be assigned schools. It exists so that a school never has its time wasted by an agent who does not know the product.
Staying certified
When the platform ships a major release, you have 30 days to complete the update module. An agent who lapses is not removed, but cannot be assigned new schools until they are current.
