What it takes

What we need from you, and what you need to succeed.

Two lists. One is what you must have to be accepted. The other is what the programme expects of you every week once you are in.

To be accepted

  • 18 or older, legally able to work as an independent contractor in your country.
  • A smartphone, a reliable internet connection, and the ability to travel to a school for a meeting.
  • Enough spoken fluency in the language the schools in your area use.
  • A bank or mobile-money account in your own name for commission payments.
  • Two references we can contact — ideally someone in education.
  • No unspent conviction for fraud, dishonesty or an offence against a child. We may run a background check and will ask you to consent to one.
  • You complete the training and pass the certification.

What the programme expects, every week

  • At least three qualified school engagements, logged in your portfolio.
  • One weekly report, filed by Monday noon.
  • Every school you have signed onboarded to live within 21 days.
  • Your assigned schools' questions answered or escalated within one working day.
  • Professional conduct at all times — you represent Appsotech Limited to the school.
  • Your certification kept current.

What ends your rights to a school

  • You go inactive on it: 45 days of no contact and it may be reassigned; 90 days and your commission on it stops.
  • Three upheld complaints about your professionalism or service, from different schools, within a rolling 12 months — you forfeit the affected schools.
  • A single serious complaint — fraud, a bribe, a safeguarding matter, a data breach — is immediate suspension pending investigation.

How it goes

You apply. Appsotech Limited checks your application and references. You are invited to training, you certify, and Appsotech Limited creates your agent record — then you are live. Reviewed by a person: being an agent is a claim on Appsotech Limited's revenue, so the account is created by Appsotech Limited, not by a signup form.
